I’m a high school graduate currently studying Philosophy of Physics and Advanced English through Voices Unveiled. I’m passionate about feminism and women’s rights—I love learning about women’s struggles and how we can support and empower each other. I also enjoy reading novels, journaling, and gazing at the moon while thinking about the universe. These things help me connect with myself and the world. I love meeting people from different countries and learning from new perspectives.

My dream is to become a diplomat, travel the world, and be a strong voice for women—to shift how society sees us and help build a world where we’re respected and treated equally. One of my biggest challenges has been growing up in an environment full of pressure and unrealistic expectations. It affected my confidence, mental health, and made me question my worth. Being a refugee and facing the ban on education made it even harder, no matter how hard I tried.

The self-empowerment course changed that. It gave me tools to rebuild my confidence, taught me how to cope in healthy ways, and reminded me of my value beyond society’s expectations. Meeting strong, inspiring women helped me believe in my own potential. It was more than a class—it was a life-changing experience. I’d recommend this course to every Afghan girl. It’s a safe, healing space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
